Alternative Dispute Resolution

H&P Law Associates represents domestic and international parties, including private companies, transnational corporations and public sector undertakings in institutional and ad hoc arbitration proceedings.

Members of the firm appear before Arbitral tribunals in India and international institutional arbitration forums like SIAC and DIAC. We specialize in resolving complex commercial, construction, employment and real estate arbitrations.

Beyond arbitration, our practice extends to robust advisory and representation in mediation and conciliation proceedings. Reflecting the firm’s credibility, our members are regularly appointed by the Courts as Mediators to facilitate the resolution of intricate commercial disputes.
