Himanshu Goswami
Himanshu Goswami is a transactional and regulatory lawyer with close to three decades of experience advising on complex domestic and cross-border matters. He currently serves as Managing Partner at H&P Law Associates and concurrently heads the Transaction and Regulatory practice at Khaled Al-Marri & Partners, a full advocacy law firm based in the UAE.
Enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi, Himanshu obtained his degree in law from the University of Delhi in 1999. Himanshu specializes in Cross-border Investments, Exchange Control laws (FEMA), Intellectual Property Rights, Company Law, and Real Estate Law. His practice combines strong transactional expertise with extensive litigation and regulatory advisory experience, alongside a practical understanding of commercial strategy and organizational management.
He holds degrees in Commerce and Law (B.Com., LL.B.) from University of Delhi, with academic grounding in commerce, economics, and law. He has also completed the Executive Management Program in Corporate Strategy from Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.

Prableen Kaur
Prableen Kaur is a legal professional practicing in the areas of corporate and commercial law, with a focus on advisory, regulatory, and transactional matters. She is currently a Partner at H&P Law Associates.
Enrolled with the Bar in 2022, Prableen brings a strong academic foundation and a growing practice in legal advisory and commercial documentation. She holds a BBA LL.B. degree from Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies and has further specialized in insolvency and bankruptcy law through a Diploma from National Law University Delhi.
Prableen has worked on complex commercial transactions and specializes in structuring of M&A transactions, cross border financial transactions and Insolvency and Bankruptcy law.
She has also completed professional certifications in negotiation, legal drafting, and office management, including the “Successful Negotiation: Essential Strategies and Skills” certification offered by University of Michigan through Coursera, the Legal Negotiator Workshop conducted by Dr. Claudia Winkler, and training in Legal Drafting and Office Management from Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies.
